One thing I do find annoying is, if when you 'mouse up' to you're name in the BLACK BAND THATS POSITIONED UNDER THE WORDS - 'Advertise' & 'More" AND you overshoot, then annoyingly you get the drop down box for the 'More' function. And then you have to MOUSE away again to get rid of it. Very annoying indeed.

SUGGESTION:

Perhaps this could be re-jigged slightly so the two options for DROP DOWN boxes are located directly above and below each other.

PS: i don't know if others are experiencing this OR perhaps I just need greater control of the mouse.

DISREGARD my former. I just realised by resizing my own page on my screen I can do it myself & that on full page view of TV, those two drop down boxes arnt near each other. Doh!

A couple of little annoyances:

The little brown suitcase, or whatever it is, turns a lighter colour after you have viewed the subject. I'm finding the colour has been restored to the darker shade even though there has not been any further posts.

I know its used in other forums, but now to get to the last post of a thread you have to click on a small dash. It is very easy to click instead on the last posters nik thus transporting to their profile. I guess this is something that wont change, and I will have to get used to it.

Is there any plans to reconcile real post counts as indicated in your profile, and the false one to the left?

How do I get rid of the laughing goat from my best friends list, where he has seemingly intergrated himself without my knowledge, without upsetting his likely fragile ego?

Set your friend approval to requiring review and you wont' get these pesky goats on your friends list.

You can click on the "Today, xx minutes ago"..... which is a little bigger.

There's a different icon for people that accept all friends.

Mine doesn't.

check the position of your cursor. I find I often move my cursor by accidentally brushing the touch pad on my laptop (if you are using one). I can't reproduce your error. All my smilies end up at the end where the cursor is.

Sbk, Is there more than one way to clear the cache because I also have this problem and my emoticons are doing what the others say, example of that is just now. Ive cleared the cache.

P.S. By the way I like the new pastels coloured quote headings, but wondered if you have anything in chartreuse ?

Uncle Ken, It depends on which Internet Browser you are using.

If using Internet Explorer, you can hit the Ctrl, Shift & Delete keys together, then delete your internet browsing history from there, you will see the options after you hit the keys.

Alternatively for Explorer click Tools click Delete Browsing History then click Temporary Internet Files should do the trick.

Humphrey Bear, Where do you see the "Find Unread Posts" hyperlink? All I can find is the "New Content" link at the top right side.

I have been trying to update my profile.

Every time I get this........... <deleted>

Location: The data you entered exceeds the maximum allowed

........even when the total number of letters etc, are less than before.

<deleted> is going on?

Not really an ISSUE, just an observation.

Having checked my profile, I also noticed it gave access to a host of previous comments by differing posters on various profiles.

Noticed a certain DSK leaving a note on a certain JG's profile, I checked for a laugh and found in the past her/his friends included Tel and Rob, I bet they don't realize that now

If you are in your profile ( I can't find an easy way to get back to the forums, any help? ) and you then click new content, on the left hand side is a column of peoples profiles.

Which I would suggest is because it is the latest comments made on various peoples sites, just wondered if this is a deliberate, or unintentional?

Its status updates darling, people post those -- if you go to the main forum page, you can see it there too... that just shows you all of them whereas the main forum page shows the last few.
