I have f all idea how to do anything on the internet, however i can actually anounce that i can embed due to the little blue button up there. at the top, the one on the right... took a bit of time and pea brain thinking but i fink i have actually worked it out.

Solution: change the forum design to something nobody understands to reduce the posting rate.

Certainly worked for me.

I don't appear to be able to check whatever other drivel my fellow members have posted with out doing them the honour of going to their profile room first.

With the old system you just clicked on a list next to their name and posts, topics etc came up.

(Can't be nice every day).

SBK I think you implementers are doing a great job. With all the operating systems and browsers the new software has to contend with, it is doing really well. I've adapted to the new look and I actually like the "My Content" a whole lot better that what was available before.

Also... I hope you saw my posting of what most members will feel like after they get used to it on the 2010 Bedlam YouTube postings! Always time for a little humor I hope.

One thing I don't like. When someone used to post a link, when you clicked on it a new window opened, With slow internet, this meant you could still read the thread whilst waiting for the link to open. Now when you click, it directs you away from the current page that you are reading. Not good for us with lousy internet speeds.

I've already complained about this, it must be in the too hard basket.

I just know that there's a "open links on separate page" button in the admin control panel somewhere.

Now if they would just let me have a little fiddle....
