I have been offered 2 3GS's in the last week at 10k and under.. One of them was a 3GS 32 GB.

For the shop to make any money on a sale they have to be getting it cheap, so its hardly like a iPhone is enough of an asset to pawn and pay off the interest. Just sell it.
