This is the kind of information I would love to have about Hua Hin and Cha am. There are so many huge construction projects going on and mostly rumors about what they might be. That old Satukarn Sq. I have heard several different versions of what is happening there . .and some people have mentioned a Carrefours coming too. Be nice to know about these happenings.
