Aranyaprathet/Poipet Visa Run - Get 90 Days As Usual With Non Imm 'O' Multiple Entry Visa?

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I've been loitering on here for some time now and have found it very useful over the past few months regarding visa runs etc. I have a query though and any help would be appreciated...

I'm British, 27 and currently hold a 12 month non-immigrant 'O' multiple entry visa for volunteering purposes. I've already done 2 visa runs to Ranong previously, but with my 3rd annual visa run approaching in July, I'd like to do something different.

I have looked into the Aranyaprathet/Poipet border crossing as I'd like to go to Siem Reap in Cambodia, and it all seems fairly straight-forward (or as straight forward as it gets here :P)

I would just like to double check something though - when I cross into Cambodia at that particular crossing and come back through a few days later, will I get my standard 90 day stamp given the 12 month Thai visa I have?

I need to have just under 90 days back in Thailand after this last visa run, as after that I'm flying back to the UK to visit family and get a new 12 month visa from Hull.

Thanks!

You will get 90 days at any border check point. :)

Brilliant, thank you. Just wanted to double check :)
