American resident attacked and robbed as he locks up his house for the night

PATTAYA: -- Late on Sunday Night, an American Resident of Pattaya, who lives in a house at the Suksabai Villas in South Pattaya, was locking up his house for the night when he was confronted by a Thai Man armed with a fruit knife. Police Lieutenant Colonel Anan, from Pattaya Police Station was assigned to the case and made his way to the house owned by the 67 year old man known as Mr. Mike. Rescue Workers were also called to the scene as he had sustained facial injuries and a stab wound to his right arm.

There was no apparent motive behind this random attack and luckily Mr. Mike was not seriously hurt.

No motive for the robbery, you say? More like no apparent JOURNALIST.

Good reason to have a gun.

Ya got that right.A farang can't own A gun but A thai can,if ya catch my drift.

What good would a gun do? He would have to walk around every day like John Wayne with it on his hip to do any good. And he would have to be a fast draw to avoid being stabbed...and not shooting himself in the foot. If confronted with some yaba jacked Thai guy, give him leeway and let him take what he wants to. It ain't worth getting hurt...
