Recommendations For A Penang Agent?

Featured Replies

All,

having been to Penang a few times for a multi-entry tourist visa, I'm wondering if there are other, better / cheaper agents down there and who do you recommend?

typically I call a western guy in hat yai and he arranges everything with an indian bloke in Penang, not far from Cititel / Malaysia Hotel.

if anyone has any good contacts for me to call etc, please let me know, along with price.

also, is it possible, in anyones experience to get a 4-entry tourist visa there?

thanks

neph.

I've used the guys at NJ book centre on Chulia street. Charged me 20 RM to do a NON IMM visa. This is cheaper than getting a taxi and doing it yourself!

You can contact them at [email protected].

I'll second that one . Ive known Haji and Muhammed at N.J for years and they are very honest and reliable guys. Their address is 425 Chulia St. which is next door to the Swiss Hotel.

I think the best you can get for a tourist visa is the 3 entry.

Just to add at the end: I just got back from Penang and used the NJ Bookcentre guys - excellent service, nice guys, picked us up at the airport, sorted the 3 entry tourist visa for 300RM + 20RM service fee.

Would definetly use them again.

cheers all

neph.
