The 2.3 Million Baht Bike.

Featured Replies

So who the hel_l is going to buy that 2.3 million baht 1939 Indian Sport vintage bike thats posted on thaivisa. I'm sure you've all seen and had some signifigant reaction to it.

Somebody who collects and loves vintage motorcycles,  $100,000 bikes are not that rare.<br>

That price is quite good since a new Mini Cooper will cost more than that here.

I'd much rather have a rare vintage Indian than a common Mini.

I saw a new Lambo Murcielago LP640 rolling down Ratchada a few weeks ago, maybe that dude will buy it.

If you want to see what expensive is, take a look at rare and collectible cars.  Vintage bikes are outright cheap.

with the exception of the color (personal taste) i find this bike perfect looking, assuming it is all great maintained too. I really love that exhaust this bike has! What caught my eye ,there is no word of a green book . Is this a legal bike? I guess for a collector it doesn't really matter but you surely be pi$ed off when riding out your 2,3 mil thb old timer bike and get it confiscated.

happy trails and good luck for the new Owner,

Hey guys I wasn't bashing it because of the price of anything.

"I'm sure you've all seen and had some signifigant reaction to it."

Signifigant reactions could also be "Holy shit I want this bike."

Either way, what the fuc_k! A Mini is over 2million baht here?

I was talking to the Lambo salesman at Siam Paragon awhile back and he stated that the import duty was a horrific 300%. Mind you I couldn't afford 100%:jap:

2.3 mill for a ugly green color and Honda pistons+ Norton cam?? No thanks, something is not right:whistling:

One mans meat is another mans poison, I love it and want one soooooo bad, could even live with the colour. Problem is don't have that sort of cash to blow on a boys toy ------ drat!
