Visa Success

My fiancee got her settlement visa today.

Thanks to everyone on this forum, especially "The scouse", without which I don't think it would of happened, you gave me some last minute info, which saved our skins.

My fiancee was kept waiting half an hour, then she had a full hour interview. She did well bless her, when she phoned me she had lost her voice.

Most of the questions were as previously posted, except one; She was asked "why are you applying for a fiancee visa and not a visitor visa? " as this was our first application. She replied "To marry my fiancee and start a small familly as soon as possible"

I ditto IvanLaw comments. The waiting is killing us too. 21st Sept for us Couldn't wait till then to see my Mrs again, so i'm booking another trip to LOS next week. The robbing b##gers (airlines) have nearly doubled the cost of a flight since May School holidays i imagine
