Land Prices

Featured Replies

Hello There. I am coming to Udan Tani in October to look for land. Any advice on land cost.per Rai. Thanks Triffe

Prices vary far and wide depending on where you look and what you want to use the land for.

Like Gonsalviz says.

If you look at bugeting no lower than @ 40,000 rai and up, maybe possible to get it for less.

Maybe there Thai site that have some infro.

As a rough guide to land and house prices check out www.krungsri.com

Once there hit the English button on the top right then half way down the page on the right side you will see property, land, etc for sale.

Go into the property page and again hit the English button then enter your search requirements which in your case would be land, then find Udon Thani and see what comes up.

Moving to the Isaan forum as Udon Thani is in North Eastern Thailand, not Central

Your family should be your best guide.Local knowledge and all that. Land prices do vary enormously ,dependent on use.Raw land will be much cheaper .If it has rubber planted on it ,the price will also vary depending on the age of the trees.Sometimes ,even the time of year can make a difference- during the dry season, which this year was a drought season, prices can be lower if someone is desperate to sell. But local knowledge beats all. good luck
