Just opened yesterday (06 Oct 2010). Coming from Phan going toward CR town, the restaurant called FUKUYOSHI is located on the left, around 100 meters beyond the PTT petrol station. The Restaurant is immediately beside a Bamboo Furniture Shop. Reasonably priced beverages (wink-wink), They give you a charcoal stove where you grill your food. Ventilators make sure you don't come out of the restaurant smelling like the food you just ate. Lovely wash room at the back. Glass windows show you how the kitchen looks like so you can evaluate if it is clean enough for you or not. Actually, I like the idea of being able to see the kitchen.
