Dan moto pipe us fun, it can change color haha.

But, they will send a replacement for free unfortunately.

Do your CBRs pull off in gear with the kick stand down? I have nearly dropped my bike countless times due to riding off with my kick stand down. Think I need to see my dealer

there is not a kill switch on the stand of the cbr 250r (strange my cb400 from 20 years ago has one though )

your honda dealer is not responsible for your "countless" mistakes

Seems some exported bikes have it, according the guys on cbr 250.net

bought bikers rear set today, could not hold myself:)

But, also bought front sprocket protector, stand holders and swingarm bar caps. Got two free bikers polo shirt for free smile.png

Shiny aluminum stuff hypnotize me always man. Cannot keep myself. Addictive.

Total damage is 8000 thb but worth every satang.

Rearset is very comfy and tough, lot s of metal but less heavier than the stock. 4 adjustment modes plus brake and clutch reach adjustment. Shifting is lighter now and rear brake lever has better feel. Besides, good ergonomy. Tucking is easier finally!

Looks good man. Liked sprocket protector, it shows the front sprocket in action.smile.pngsmile.png

Why i bought the stand holders i dont know as i do not have a stand! :lol:I told you, i m addicted.smile.png

Looking for the right ecu, projector headlight, nice clip ons and some more led lighting near rear shock. No tailtidy thank you as even the stock one cannot keep up with bangkok rain and mud. my girl's back is always muddy after a rainy ride. People curse on my mom for sure man if i get one. But i like it:(

I m happy again.smile.png check the photos please.

And any ideas?

If I try to put my CBR250 in gear with the stand down, the engine dies. I bought my bike in Dallas so maybe a feature for U.S. bikes

Thats pretty irritating, I nearly wrecked because of leaving my kickstand down. Cheers honda

lets call honda for kickstand issue guys. I rarely forget it but yesterday - just ontime with these posts - i forgot it and scratch the asphalt. my kill switch is just preventing the engine to start when the bike is on gear and when the kickstand is down.

why americans have it and we do not?

f;... hell.

Leo Vince pipes... cheap cheap cheap.

http://www.biohazardcycles.com/servlet/the-6076/LEOVINCE-3468-SLIP-ON/Detail

$163 base price.

No doubt it's also loud loud loud.

200 usd for carbon but 65 usd for shipping and 30 percent of 265 usd means 80 usd more for custom minimum - besides, it is all about the mercy and consideration of custom officer as they can charge you more, i heard horror stories of 50 percent!! - and this and that, it costs to us in Thailand around 350 - 360 usd minimum.

Instead of that add 100 ~ 150 usd more and get a yoshi with carbon tip in Thailand. No shipping, no waiting, no custom, no nonsense and free installation.

And, this leo looks loud really and why it is cheaper than other other leos?

Bc, they produce them in Indonesia god knows where and with which materials?

Ok, Jusssst a suggestion here, folks. Had a rubbing sounds previously coming from chain area. Took it in, they adjusted, everything was fine. Then is started again about 2 weeks ago. Took it in, they adjusted again, but then head mechanic told me the chain was bad and needed replacing. I'd also noticed that at times it would jump out of gear, or not shift the way it should. Ok, new chain, sprocket, sprocket gear installed - slightly under 1,500 baht - now it's as good as new again.

SO, if you're having any of those problems - 250 or 150 - it might be time to change the chain, sprocket and sprocket gear. Just a thought.

I just replaced with OEM parts, as I'm getting ready to sell it, so it doesn't make sense to put more money into it for a better chain. Have already added the touring screen, replaced the handlebar end pieces with brushed steel one, and last month got Michelin Pilot Sports put on. That's all I'm going to do. Now it's for sale. haha Going for a black/silver 250, with all Honda stickers removed because I have my own custom design ready to go on it.

What chain comes with the 150?

The 250 is a DID 520.

The 150 size is 480, but what brand, DID? Coz I've read a lot of 150 guys have issues with their chains.

Be aware that there are Made-in Japan DID chains, and Made-in-Thailand DID chains. The Thai chains are crap. They wear out shockingly fast. Better to pay more for a good quality Japanese chain.

I put a 520 'DiD' on my Ninja and it was toast 2 days later...so I am nervous about all 'DiD' chains in the Kingdom as how can you actually tell which you get?

There is certainly a lot of FAKE stuff floating around in Thailand, from auto-parts to medicine and everything in between. Buying from a reputable shop will improve your chances of getting the genuine article, but in Thailand even the reputable shops sometimes get duped...

Not that it might be fake, just that it might be the Thai made DID which is apparently junk compared to the Jap made DID.

It seems the 150's get the Thai made, and the 250's get the Jap made. Judging by the amount of issues the 150's have with their chain, and the zero issues (that I've seen or heard about) that the 250's have had.

Anyone here in Thailand having this stalling problem on their CB'r'?

Could be many things that are not the fault of the bike or driver. One thing is for sure, twisting the throttle on a fuel injected bike that has stalled does nothing. Best to turn off the ignition and turn it back on. Side note: This bike sounds much better than my stock CB'r'; I wonder what exhaust system is on it.
