Upvc Windows

My wife has tried to get a sales rep from a few uPVC window companies to come to our condo to estimate the cost of uPVC windows and sliding balcony doors. Some said they weren't interested and one said a sales rep would call with us. Of course, he never came. We suspect the job is 'too small' and not worth the bother as they're only really interested in big projects like houses and office buildings.

Can anyone recommend a decent window fitting company who is interested in small jobs??!!

If you are in Pattaya try EuroPVC they have a pretty good reputation based on at least 3 friends house windows.

Hope you are aware of regulations in the Condo Acts pertaining to doing anything that may affect the common area or external facade of the building.

There are really only two very good uPVC brands here in Thailand, VEKA and Inoutic (former name: Thüssen Polymer), both from Germany.

VEKA's products are sold by A.R.C. in Pattaya but they do business in Bangkok and Hua Hin too.

Under Windows & Door you will see a tab to connect to Roller Shutters.

I noticed the A.R.C. offers "roller shutters" which stated in the description...

Now is this just to feel safe but does not necessarily mean it will be safe against burglary?

Looks like a thin sheet of pvc, but will it really prevent break-in?

We got uPVC window frames with double glazed windows from Project Supplies Direct, just Google for PSD Thailand. They came and measured the finished openings for the windows and two French windows and returned three weeks later to install them. We were very satisfied with both the service and the product.

Veka and thyssen (or inoutic ) are German standard profiles PRODUCED in China.

WR Vinyl can deliver you Thyssen ( inoutic) profiles or have the profiles he extrudes himself to the same standard and with the same warranty as the German brands produced in China at a cost 30 % lower then ARC or Euro Pvc.

He is the only one who has his own extruding factory and is one of longest established Upvc companies .
