Chinese National Arrested for Indecent Act

PATTAYA: -- A Chinese National was arrested after a complaint by a woman who caught him videoing under her skirt as she stepped on an escalator in a Pattaya department store.

Pattaya, 26th October 2010 [PDN] At 8.00pm a security guard from Central Festival Pattaya Beach, restrained Mr. Ho Meng-Ju [37] a Chinese national, after a complaint from a woman who caught the offender videoing under her skirt on his mobile phone as she stepped onto an escalator on the 3rd floor.
