I totally agree.

Vids are used by people unable to express their thoughts intelligently.

Time was when I looked forward to coming to Bedlam, now I come in only when bored, ie: Watching the news on telly..

All the YouTube stuff is so inane and boring, from people who may be the same.

There is some good YT stuff, but there should be a fred for all the repetitive music vids.

But, I've probably shot the last critter I'm ever going to shoot. Being single I just don't need that much meat anymore. I can make 25 meals out of 10 pounds of ground venison and enough sausage to last a couple of years. It's easier to just buy it from the butcher, or use the extra my hunting friends give me.

I was incorrect in calling the moose antlers, "horns". Anlers are on deer, elk and moose. They fall off each winter and are replaced the following year... usually with larger ones. Horns are on sheep and goats, and never fall off unless in battle.

From what I've been told, Rhinoceros Horn is made up of compressed hair. Tusks are teeth and made of ivory... sort of like bone, but more dense. A lot of bone is porous and not so good for carving. I carve ivory from time to time and use walrus tusks. It's neat stuff to work with.

I enjoy the music threads here. Its good fun to have a but of banter through words or music...just a different medium I guess.

Maybe we need a new forum for this if the majority here aren't in favour.....

I think when people complain about a certain subject, they should put forward a proactive counter argument, or else it just comes across as moaning.

Also the proponents of such change can always try and improve the situation, in their view of course, but maybe I am asking too much here.
