Are there any yoga studios/ schools that teach intermediate to advanced yoga? I have a friend visiting and she's really into yoga. Me? I wouldn't know "downward-facing dog" from a "tree" position

There is a Yoga Studio in the old city. Don't know the street. Easy enough to find. It is in the area behind the park in the south west corner of the old city.

Starting at the South west corner on the inner side of the moat walk North I believe it is the first Soi on the right. There is a Chinese temple on the corner. There is also bridge across the moat about 50 feet before you get to it. It is up the Soi on the left side of the road a little ways up.

Easy 5 10 minute walk from the park. Hope this helps
