Have All Tttmaxnet Email Address Stopped Working?

Featured Replies

i have had a tttmaxnet.com email address for three years and now its stopped working.

i know the company is now called 3BB but does this mean that all tttmaxnet addresses are now null and void??

i cant get the 3BB replacement to work either. either in outlook or on webmail

anyone else having this problem??

My TTTmaxnet email address is still working.

Now you can use http://webmail.3bbmail.com to use your tttmaxnet e-mailadress via the web.

You probably have used more than 50 Mb and you can solve this by deleting your messages. After that it will work again in outlook express.

I have been using tttmaxnet for several years now and currently do not have any problems with it. I have MS Outlook (2010) configured to automatically down load maxnet messages.

how do I get a 3BB email address ?

Know it doesn't help much, but I have just checked my tttmaxnet.com e-mail and it's working fine.

Received and sent, no problem.

Unusual if you can't connect via http:\\webmail.tttmaxnet.com

This would show if your inbox was full, etc.

Well -

Now it's happened to me! Exactly the same as Illy.

My e-mail client, Thunderbird, "times out" trying to connect to my tttmaxnet.com e-mail account.

Trying to access the account via Webmail shows "unable to connect".

Opened 3BB's website, followed it to their webmail page, entered my Maxnet details and accessed my e-mails from the last three days!

Looks as if 3BB are gradually dropping the tttmaxnet name.

Nothing from 3BB about changing your account.

Anyone have any information/knowledge about these changes?

Pop3.3bbmail.com

Port: 110

smtp.3bbmail.com

Port: 25

Many thanks for the above.

I have also been scouring the 3BB website.

Initially, I found the instructions to set up emails for Outlook Express -

POP3.tttmaxnet.com STMP.tttmaxnet.com

as all was originally.

However, following other links to register for an email address I came across 3BB's manual.

Downloading this shows setting up for Outlook -

POP3 3bbmail.com STMP.3bbmail.com

As suggested by Alexx, this now gives me access to my account.

You would have thought that 3BB would advise it's customers of the change - then again, perhaps not.

Following the 3BB link for registering an email address I now see that, instead of [email protected] you now get [email protected].

I wonder what happens if you register for a 3BB account while holding a tttmaxnet account?

You're only entitled to one account per home registration!
