Last night (6th Jan) I was enjoying a G&T with family and friends opposite the Happy Elephant in Bophut when we heard two shots fired about 80 metres up the street outside the Starfish. One very dead Thai man shot in the head, lying in a heap with his motorbike. Shooter and motorbike driver uturned and left the scene, very professional. Police there very soon bumbling about. Took around 25 minutes for the body snatchers to arrive and clean up the mess. No one knew anything... A local "businessman" said "I don't know. I don't want to know, not our people, very bad for business". Did anyone see anything in the newspapers?
