we are looking for the following, please let me know if someone can offer a building as per specifications below.

(Even if it not matches 100%, all offers are welcome).

Building:

- office & factory - but more office style - 2.000 - 3.000 sqm floor space/office area

- if devided: approx. 500 sqm office (best on one floor, but can be more)

and 1.500 - 2.500 sqm assembling/storage

(best on one floor, but can be more)

- clean (we have no dirty production)

- facilities for 150-200 employees

(toilets, showers, kitchen/restaurant inside or outside)

- car park for 15-20 cars and 50 motorbikes (or more)

- garden, if possible

Location

- close to Bangkok down town, eastern or north-eastern part

- if possible no industrial zone/production park

- good access with public transport

- not far from highway, but not too close

(should be relatively quite and good air)

Terms

- ready to move in now

- rent approx. 3 years

- long term options can be discussed
