Vigo 3.0 D4D And Lpg/Ngv Gas

Featured Replies

I am considering LPG or NGV Gas in my Toyota Hilux Vigo (diesel).

Consider to get this installed, any thoughts on this? Experiences? My car is driven around. 45.000 km (2009 model 4x4 automatic).

The plan is to run between 20,000 and 25,000 km. pr. years. Expects to sell the car for approx. 3 years, then it is 5 years old.

Will not work, with all the new engines you would have to buy would be cheaper to sell now and get the 2.7 VVTi and fit the NGV

The only one that tried was the Chevy Colorado for a short time cost a lot extra and still the engines blow up, some still with there red plates on.

Look at most of the new Toyota Mini Buses they are the petrol engine with NGV/CNG, I am sure if they could have found a way to run there D4D's on gas they would have.
