Secret Enid Blyton manuscript found

IT sounds like the type of discovery that one of her Famous Five characters might have made.

A long-forgotten yellowed manuscript, which had spent decades gathering dust, has been identified as a previously unseen novel by Enid Blyton.

Titled Mr Tumpy's Caravan, the 180-page story tells the tale of a magical caravan and the travels of its inhabitants.

When I was a young fella, I think I read all of Enid Blytons Famous Five books, Secret Seven and Malory Towers etc.

Not a Noddy fan.

I see they were condemned for their sexual characters, George etc.

Noway did I even think she may have been lesbian (what's that) in those days.

A very prolific writer.

Probably discarded a lot of stuff that wasn't up to the standard she wanted.

Wasn't she condemned by the PC nazis for writing about a golliwog?

And don't mention the relationship between Noddy and Big Ears.
