I'm looking for a new Apartment starting 1.4.2011 , i live now in Wong Thonglang, i work at Bang Rak. Every day waste 2-3h on the road. I would like relocate to Bang Rak. Or any other Area closed to BTS. The Goal is a max. of 15min. to the Office.

requirements are:

* 24h Security

* Cable TV

* My own internet access by telephone line, with my own routers.

* Full furnished + aircon

* min. +3rd floor

* 1 Year contract

* 30-40Sq m

* max. 15.000 (20.000 incl. all costs)
