I came across quite a nice website describing a firm called "Skiff Asia", south of Phuket Town.

Thought they might be worth a visit for some instruction in dinghy sailing, sent an e-mail but got no reply, sent a letter and have had no reply.

Have they gone out of business---defunct after the tsunami, possibly?

If so, can anybody suggest how I could learn to sail, and find a dinghy to buy and haul up here to sail on a local lake?
