I am trying to purchase a sausage stuffer.Manual will do but electric would be better.I have a nephew living in Bkk,that will be visiting me in early October & a friend there at the moment, that will be returning on Monday. If anybody knows of a place I might be able to buy one,so either one can bring it to krabi when they return,I'd be really greatful.Failing that,if anybody can give me a telephone number of somewhere I can order one, that would also be great. Thanks a lot, Charlevi.

Combination sausage grinder and stuffers can be found at most small hardware stores just about everywhere I've been in Thailand...about 2 or 3 thousand baht includes a small table with grinder and electric motor affixed.

I don't know where you are Chownah, but I'm in Krabi & believe me,I've been trying in this area for weeks now & I can't find one anywhere. My nephew in Bkk tells me that a friend of he's bought one in Chinatown for (like you say)Bht 2000. And to answer your next question-My nephew is just a little bit unreliable for me to rely on him going half way across Bkk to find this place, buy it & then send it on to me,or even bring it with him when he comes down to Krabi for his holiday in October. But that's another subject & I won't bore you with it now.But if for some reason I don't manage to get one in Phuket tomorrow & somebody somewhere could get one for me & send it to Krabi,I'd be more than willing to pay for all costs ofcourse. Thanks again for your quick reply,Charlevi.

I'm not into sending you one since I live in the north...I'm sure you can find one in a small hardware store if you keep looking. I'll try to fiind out what they're called in Thai and post it for you. The stores where I've seen them sell hardware and usually have a few types of food processing equipment that look like they were made by real people, not by a factory....often they include a coconut shredder, a dough mixer, a meat grinder (what you want), and other stuff too.
