May 11, 201114 yr Hi All, I will be staying in thailand for 3 months with at least one month in bankok, does anyone have any reasonable places to stay, Im looking arounds the sukhumvit area (anything from soi 4 - 12 preferably) and my budget ideally would be no more than 15k, ive seen the raja mansions being an ideal one but ive also heard the horror stories about failing to refund deposit and the bad conditions , however from the website looks ok, has anyone stayed there recently ? any problems ??? Their basic room is only 11k per month which is ideal but if there are any other apartments that anyone knows of please let me know. This is my first time for a long stay and my internet search is bring up rooms way over budget. thanks a lot Darren

Memories of looking out the 5th floor window of the Nana City Inn and seeing movement in the Rajah......and feeling sorry for the poor victims. Yes it really is that bad!
