Agency Apartment / House Rental Contracts

I'm doing law study, I need some example contracts that the rental agency's use here. Most specifically between the agent and landlord, I know the usual fee is 1months rent for 12 months and half for 6months etc. But I need the actual contract and I can't seem to find any solid examples (Seen some real poor ones though)
