Where's the cheapest city to get a cbr 250r?

Preferrably up north, heard Chiang Rai was cheaper than Chiang Mai? Isaan is ok too, not too far. While Chumpon at 99k sounds tasty, that's freaking far!

I got mine from Greenwing, 120k for the ABS bike and 105k for the non-abs including registration although they may have increased prices since then.

Deposit of 500baht paid late January with the remainder paid when bike was delivered in early March.
