Friend wants to move out of his present place, he has been there for 4 months and really likes the room but the construction is none stop at his location.

Looking for

1. 18000 to 25000 a month

2. over 75 sqm

3. Bright Apartment

4. Pratamuk area, Jontiem Area and even Pattaya Area if room is very nice

5. Oven and or washing machine a bonus

6. Prefer to stay out of high Tourist traffic condos

Love to hear from people out there that may have some present options, he is here for at least a year so could be a good long stay if all works out
