I have not received a bill for the last 3 consecutive months.

In fact no unit in the condo I live in has received a bill.

This month was the first of 4 that we all received the monthly magazine, albeit late.

Services are still connected.

Anyone else have the same 'problem'??

Yes the grand total of one invoice in eleven month, despite telling them every month I go to office to pay asking them to send a invoice in future!

Yes, I have the same problem....no bill last month. I live in Jomtien if that's any indication as to the locality of the problem. I normally pay by internet banking so I phoned them for the invoice number then completed the payment online. I was two days late because I hadn't realised that I didn't have the bill, but no cut off. The guy on the phone at Truevisions was very courteous and efficient.

I'm in Pratumnak, between Pattaya and Jomtien.

Maybe the postman just can't get to us because of all the roadworks on the hill?

Edit: The house in Ban Chang has been receiving both bills and magazine without problems.

Some shops are Franchises, so it may be a waste of time complaining. Try the Bangkok number in the 2nd post.
