I'm not sure about Kia's(just another car is it not?) but I know some good guys who are very handy with land rovers and suzukis. They specialize in major modifications for off-roading. Part of the Chaofa 4x4 club. I think there are Kia dealerships as well.

Vehicle service shouldn't be too hard to find. I've noted several very competent shops in my area.

I found some very competent air conditioning guys to work on my odd ball truck. The air blows colder than a new truck now!
