They both share the same hatred, and both ignore that the hatred that they share supports a "collateral damage" that is greater than the "wanton violence" of those that they hate.

It is a hoax that has been discredited on other forums.

It is also circulating as a viral email promoting hatred of Muslims.

The deaths - a tragedy, but the Muslim element, and the location in 'southern Thailand' is a fiction.

Hallucinating Father Kills Two Sons Before Hanging Himself

In a tragic incident, a father went mad killing his two sons before hanging himself at his house in Rayong Province.

In the Pluakdaeng District of Rayong Province, 38 year old Sawai Kaewkanya, a father of two, was on his daily morning routine of rubber tapping when he went nuts, injuring his wife and killing his ten year old and three year old sons with a machete.

Sawai first went after his wife who then ran to her neighbor's house for help before he went back to attack his children and hang himself.

Police said the insane father had previously been arrested in a drug case and had a history of drug-related violence.

Sawai Kaewkalya, 38, was found hanging from a beam in his Plaukdang District house around 6:30 a.m. April 24. Nearby were the bodies of 7-year-old Athanon Kaewkalya, who had been nearly decapitated with a billhook, and 21-month-old Apichat Kaewkalya, whose neck had been slit with the same blade.

Plaukdang paramedics and police also discovered the boys’ injured mother Nuaynat Wongsiri, 33, and neighbor Sawan Prasomkit, 46, and transported both to the hospital for treatment of slash wounds to the arm and face.

Nuaynat told police she and her husband were at home, preparing to go to work at the nearby rubber tree plantation, when Sawai went insane. The boys were still sleeping when Sawai began the attack, first cutting his wife Nuaynat.

Nuaynat escaped, but when she returned, she discovered that her husband had cut the older boy’s head nearly clean off.

She said she rushed to try and help her youngest son, but her spouse attacked her again, slicing her arm. She escaped his reach and called a neighbor to help, but he was attacked as well. Nuaynat said her husband then killed the toddler and hung himself.

Nuaynat told police Sawai had been a methamphetamine addict for about four years, but recently underwent rehabilitation and now only used ya ba occasionally. However, he sometimes mixed the speed with marijuana, leaving him deranged.

She said she had no idea the drug use and mental instability would lead to her children’s horrific deaths.

Hi - no problem; It was on another forum - it has since been deleted from there based on the footage being 're-used/abused' - that is where I first saw the info re it being a hoax.

I had previously received it as a viral hate-email.

I Googled and it has been used on so many forums but none has a link to a credible news source - just to other forums/blogs etc.

If one Googles the TAN Network link - http://www.tannetwork.tv/tan/ViewData.aspx?DataID=1043058 - it shows other forums who have discredited it - from Europe to Tennessee! starting about a week after the incident. The joys of the internet.
