I have used them so many times. I booked them for a couple of nights online to stay at the Narai hotel on Silom road, Good price it was last year. Anyway I wanted to stay a third night so I went to reception and asked for an extra night. Reception wanted to charge me I think 500 baht or more extra. I explained that it's cheaper on the internet. Could not get through to her even when explaining I could get it cheaper by walking outside turning left 15 meters and booking online. That is exactly what I had to do. Came back with the reeceipt from Octopus and my extra night was booked at a better rate than she could offer me!
