I've gone through previous threads which mentioned just a few condos (9 Karat, View Talay Sands, Ocean Portofino) which tolerate pets.

Anyone here knows of other condos where the residents are keeping pets (and the management office looks the other way ). I'm looking at those located west of Suk road. My pet cat has always been 100% in-door.

P/S: Yes, I know I could stay in townhouses or houses but that will severely limit my choices.

There are dogs in Jomtien Complex: I've heard them barking whilst viewing units there.

Personally if I lived in a condo building and I heard a dog I would be complaining to the management/committee in about 5 seconds flat.

Banjaphan Mansion Soi 9 off 3rd road have dogs /cats staying with tenants,no problems. Nicely situated ,user friendly too.Reasonable rents 0850874881

Depends on the size of unit, the view and the time of year, and how good your negotiating skills are. Prices can vary wildly for no obvious reason.

Three months starting now with a good sea view in a 55sqm unit should be possible for 13,000/month, maybe a fair bit less if you are prepared to avoid agents and do some leg work. Between November and March that could double.

Mentioned in some other threads that Natural Park Resort in Jomtien accepts pets. Also, you may want to call smaller hotels, guesthouses which may be more flexible about pets.
