Accommodation Wanted In Salaya

I am looking for accommodation, most likely a townhouse with 2-3 bedrooms in the Salaya area, not too far from Mahidol University.

Also, I have a dog, so a gated outside area would be preferred. I am a new lecturer at Mahidol University. I am a working professional, quiet, and responsible. Full furnishinig is not necessary.
