Long Term Rentals In Chiang Rai?

Recommended Posts

Posted

Hi all,

Im moving to Chiang Rai in a few days for a project and I was wondering if anyone knows a decent long stay serviced apartment/hotel/guesthouse even?

Looking for somewhere near the centre of town, any recommendations at all? I have been calling around and most of the guest houses aren't taking on 1+ month customers.

Budget wise i'm looking for something in the region of 6000THB (possibly more if its worth it) with most mod cons, AC, Hot shower, a decent internet connection.

I've been on thaiapartments etc but I would rather get some honest feedback from someone on the ground!

Cheers in advance, beers on me if you can recommend somewhere decent!

A nice room in Easy House bar and restaurant in Jetyod road will cost you 170bht per night. It is central to everything. You get what you pay for everywhere but for those on a budget its pretty good considering the price and to top it all you are in the bar area/shopping area but still quiet as such at night.

I haven't been actively advertising anywhere, but would consider renting my room at Chiang Rai Condotel for 6,000 THB. Pictures at attached link. If you are not interested in my particular room, it may be worth your time to go look at other rooms. If you are interested inmy room either pm me or post a reply to the thread (I frequently overlook signing in & the remember me function seldom works). Sorry to all readers who may consider this an advert, but the poter requested info so I provided some.

Cheers, Sunholidaysun! I will give them a call today, the main thing being nearer to town and most , is it a half decent in term of being clean and what not? I might be staying at the Baan Worabordee for a few nights on arrival, so its just down the road from Jet Yod.

Thanks OneZero, Is the Condotel just next to Maekok Golf club? It looks pretty ideal, I take it bills etc are included in the PCM? Certainly interested, is it within walking distance to most amenities? "I haven't been actively advertising anywhere, but would consider renting my room at Chiang Rai Condotel for 6,000 THB. Thanks for the help!

I can't seem to format this in anyway until I've been a member for 72 hours, so sorry if it looks a bit confused!
