1. 7 to 11 000 baht a month

2. Swimming Pool on Site

3. Internet a Bonus

4. Kitchen a bonus (At least a fridge)

5. Quiet area, do not like the big foreign condo places like view talays rather have some place more quiet and less busy

6. View nice but not required, condo should be bright though

Quiet tenant, not a party person, looking for 6 months to a year Contract

You can get a condo for B10,000 a month in the new Park Lane development next to the very old Majestic Condo.They have a seperate bedroom and a full Western kitchen ,plus a 1,800 sqm Lagoon pool .No contest really .

Checkout aacondo.com , we don't do any properties in Pattaya for that budget
