I've TOT goldcyber in the upper-south.

My results:

websites: max. 52 kBps (do this test at http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ (Washington))

single download from a website: max. 32 kBps

multiple downloads (from same site) 95 kBps

bittorrent: peers inside TH max. 80 kbps, peers outside TH max. 9 kBps

ever highest DL for more than 60 s: 107 kbps

Upload 48.9 KB/sec. 391kbps

by Gold Cyber download 30 to 60 KB/sec. and

Upload 20 to 40 KB/sec.

I start with Gold Cyber but was in the beginn very slow and many problems, go to Silver Cyber was better and faster but last time slower and slower.

Change to Gold Cyber but is slower than Silver Cyber, now she give me SME for test is better but not many quicker than Gold Cyber and price many higher 2,700 bath.

TOT tell there are some problems and next month its quicker.

You can contact tel. 02-5755380 to 2 (management) as you have problems is better than 1100 they do nothing and call never back.
