It`s strange really because a lot of these happy ending parlours are secretly farang owned.

Quite easy to tell. The farang owner sits there trying his best to look inconspicuous while the Thai lady partner actually deals with the customers. Once the massage is over the farang is still sitting there at the reception area and if you watch carefully you will see them sneak into the staff area unnoticed.

Of course not all massage parlours are happy ending parlours and it is possible to find the legit places. But while the questionable massage parlours are in operation, than these will also put the genuine Thai owned establishment under suspicion.

As for having respect, I’m sorry but regarding any businesses, which provide massage, the worldwide reputation is already there, so they will have to grin and bear it, or should I say; grin and bare it.

If you want to avoid being offered "special" services in Thailand, you need to look for a place with a communal massage area where the girls can all see what the others are up to. In more than 20 years, I have never not been offered "extras" in a place with private rooms or a curtain that blocks the view from the other girls.

I never have this problem at the massage place I go to. In any case, there are very prominent signs in Italian and German that state no inappropriate touching, so perhaps this dilemma is best addressed by using a respectable establishment.

As our massage areas are seperated by curtains there is not much opportunity to have an amorous encounter. My biggest concern is passing gas.
