Seriously Commander in Chief, head of the military, top dog, 'highest officer' of all 4 branches. He salutes with headgear on outdoors. Why do you thing he gets saluted when hoping a chopper from WH to AF1. Because if not, they will receive and Article 15 for not saluting an officer. The total ignorance on this forum is mind boggling. Some of you probably shouldn't be posting until you google what ever you think you know.
