    Of course the firmware is for free and always is for most set top boxes, but the EMS / Messenger is not free and over 60% of people who do the upgrades themselves seem to have issues i.e. they have clone boxes and the internet is full of software that will in some cases brick their boxes (and I am referring to all sorts of set top boxes in this), so that is simply why we offered to do it - it is not a get rich scam / con is it ?
