Does anybody have an example of a house rental agreement in thai / english, if they have I would appreciate if they could share with me. My wife has a house that she intends to rent and I was interested to make sure that the rental contract was as per the norm in Thailand. I checked around the appropriate forum but could not see anything, the house is in Khorat, just outside the town hence the reason I'm posting here.
