Not that it helps you now, but for my personal use in my garage, I intend to have a static balancing stand (& weights) plus tyre changing machine arriving later on this year. I plan on doing track days and don't want to farm out work that I can easily do myself.

If any friends stop by requiring assistance, the refrigerator in my garage will require donations of Mr. Hops & Mr. Yeast's finest combinations. Otherwise I will release the hounds and send you packing

No worries mate. Would love to have a dynamic wheel balancer, but the cost may be a bit prohibitive.

I just brought our Mercedes to the garage, needed a lot of checking, wheels, oil, engine, fix some other things, and I must say this is the best place in Chiang Rai. It's difficult for me to explain it, but basically if you go past Big C and Central plaza, in the direction of Chiang Mai, take the third u-turn. You will then pass a Mercedes dealer, drive slowly and at a certain point you will see two yellow signs on the left side of the road which point towards a garage. They will be able to help you out.
