Obama is running one of the most dirty, dishonest campaigns of all time and the American people are starting to realize that he is all style and no substance. The Big Lie tactic only gets you so far before people realize what you are doing.

By now the American public is so accustomed to being lied to by politicians its considered to be OK. Really though Obama is just recycling Bush's strategy from 2004. In that case, the dilemma was how to neutralize John Kerry's war record. The solution was to stir up a cacophony of innuendo and lies to convince the public that Kerry won his Purple Heart by getting shot in the ass while running away. The way that Obama is neutralizing Romney's business record is much the same. The problem though is that much of Obama's appeal the first time around was that he was supposed to be a new kind of politician, one who would put a priority on doing the right thing. But instead we have a case of "meet the new boss..."

Not with 8.3 unemployment. The buck stops with the current president.

According to the Obama administration, the official unemployment rate is ONLY 8.254%, not 8.3% as you so grievously cited.

For the first time in recorded history, the unemployment rate is no longer rounded up or down but is henceforth to be quoted in exact percentages.

I stand corrected.

I'm currently in Ukraine and spent the weekend in the countryside. While lying down under a roof where people grill outside, I looked up and noticed the roof was made of tin. That reminded of what I learned in school 20+ years ago, that in another part of Ukraine and southern Russia about 80 years ago farmers with tin roofs on their houses were considered unfairly richer than other farmers and called Kulaks. The government at the time led a campaign destroy these kulaks who were resisting forced collectivization.They had pitted poorer farmers against them but in the end, the Stalin killed or imprisoned all who resisted him.

Who knows what Obama really believes? We know from his own book that while at Columbia he got close with the Marxists. So while it may sound really wacko to compare Obama to some of the 20th century's most infamous Marxists, the similarities between their policies of class warfare and Obama's are eerily familiar. Maybe he should stop all the talk of Proletariat and Bourgeoisie and get back to his 2008 campaign lines of "I don't want to pit Red America against Blue America. I want to be President of the United States of America." .

Obama's power grab flouts Constitution

Democrats and Republicans alike should be distressed by President Barack Obama's disregard for constitutional limits on his authority. The president's flouting of the separation of powers risks turning this country into something other than a representative democracy.

...The responsibility is on the president to forge a working relationship with Congress. Obama's inability to do that does not give him the power to act unilaterally, even if it were true that the opposition wants to see him fail.

The imperial presidency Obama is building should worry Democrats as much as it does Republicans. Even if you agree with the outcomes the president is seeking, his running roughshod over the rule of law should be objectionable, because the powers he is claiming will not be forfeited by the next Republican president.

The founders were justifiably worried about an aggressive president using the office to claim dictatorial control of the nation. That's why they so carefully limited and separated the powers.

Explaining his vision of job creation, Obama said that if the country hired new teachers those new teachers could go to restaurants and spend money.

“Look, nobody is satisfied with our pace of growth,” Obama said Thursday in Leesburg, Va. “Nobody is satisfied.”

He really believes the country will be better off if more teachers and police officers are laid off and foreclosures continue unabated.He really does want to deregulate Wall Street again, and gut the protections the EPA provides for clean air and clean water, to say nothing of global warming, the existence of which he now denies.

Today, two top Obama campaign officials fibbed on national television, explaining that they didn’t know about the case of Joe Soptic, a former employee of GST Steel who appeared in an ad by an Obama-associated Super PAC, Priorities USA Action.

These were lies. The Obama campaign has known for months all about Joe Soptic. In fact, the Obama campaign website ran a slide on Soptic.

But that wasn't all. On May 14, Soptic spoke on an Obama campaign conference call. Here's what he had to say on the call:

“After we lost our jobs we found out that we were going to lose our health insurance and that our pensions hadn’t been funded like Bain promised they would be. I was lucky enough to find another job as a custodian in a local school district. That gave me some health insurance but I couldn’t afford to buy it for my wife. For the Obama team to claim ignorance about Soptic while spinning his story precisely the same way as Priorities USA Action did -- and then to run a conference call off the story -- shows both coordination and lying.
