Don't even know what it is, but here is how I found chemicals in Phit'lok. Had my wife go to the local high school and ask the chemistry teacher where the school buys its lab chemcals. He told her the name and location of the supplier, we went, and they have everything you can legally buy. Should work for you in Pattaya.

Except that such a source may be too expensive for chemicals for weed clearing. But I do not know.
