Community Villagers Demand Action After Foreigner’s Pit Bulls Maul Dog to Death
I can't install them at mom's house but was thinking that for mine, although I kept putting it off as the majority of the dogs that come to my house come for attention and live elsewhere. Could that actually be the issue ?... That the dogs are 'roaming' and people do not like that ? A couple of stories of Moobans near me. One Moobaan: a wealthy Chinese owner brought in a pitbull - local residents complained to the juristic committee and the dog was removed within a few days. Another Moobaan: All residents have been told, dogs (and cats) must have a collar. Dogs cannot 'roam' but must be secured and always on a leash when being walked in the communal area's. If a dog is found roaming free with a collar the owner will receive a fine (don't know how they'll enforce that). If a dog is found roaming free the without a collar it will be removed - the owner has 1 week to collect the dog. If the dog is not collected, it will be 'taken elsewhere' (not sure where, but I'm guessing sold to off somewhere for If a cat is found without a collar, it will be removed and 'taken elsewhere' (not sure how they'll catch it). The issue as always is that once a little leeway is given people take liberties and we can't have dogs roaming off leash where children are playing. The issue with cats is they spray everywhere and scratch things. -
