There are a ton of Thai used car lots and a newspaper with pages and pages of listings. But you will need an intelligent TG to do the talking and to be sure all is on the up and up.

Expatmotors is a little expensive but you can deal in English I think.

BTW, new cars are not too much more expensive than used cars because cars hold their value for a long time here in LOS. A brand new Vios can be had for under 500KTHB.

Then again if your budget is 100KTHB, used is the way to go.
