March 26, 200322 yr Hi, everybody! I need an advice, the help, consultation. I’m 39 and I am full up life in Russia. The unique dream - to leave in Pataya for ever. Actually, I do not think, that remained much:) Life in Russia does not promote prosperity. It would be desirable to hear from you, dear professionals of thai life, as far as all this is real. I dont want to be engaged there in business. A maximum - to buy two condominiums. One for myself, the second - for rent. By the way, to find the Internet – café in Bangkok it is practically unreal. Tell me, please, what kinds of visas exist. As them receive. As they can be prolonged, being in Thailand. As I understand, to receive “green cards” is impossible? And still the important question … It concerns medical services. Whether there is what opportunity to receive the medical insurance. Or to be sick - it is expensive? It would be desirable to understand, what price of municipal services. Whether there is in the country a tax police. How many, approximately money it is necessary to spend per one month normally to eat and drink beer. How many, on the average, there is a second-hand motorcycle. Thanks in advance Other questions - in process of receipt... Alex (Moscow, Russia)
