Sorry to read about the scam, that really sucks. I nearly made a similar mistake as the Samsung shops I tried in Bangkok had no white S3s left. As it was I bought a blue one from Samsung as once you put a white hybrid case on you can't tell what colour the phone is anyway.

The consumer protection board has an office in the city hall. Phil Conners had a very positive experience with a complaint about a phone shop at Tukcom, highly recommended!
