Can anyone advise on groups or clubs that arrange golf? I am in Bangkok, and would like to play once a week or fortnight, on weekends as I do work.

I am not looking for serious, but just a casual social golf group.

Any recommendations appreciated.

I have tried searching to find golf groups/bars/societies who have outings during the week to Bangkok area clubs. Pattaya has many well established groups who play courses in the area and it is easy to sign up and play. They all provide transportation and the process is easy but I have not yet been able to find similar arrangements online for Bangkok.

I checked the links above and they are for weekend players rather than for visitors. I am less interested in tour companies but that is an option. The link for http://www.bkkbwgc.com/ does not work for me and I receive a forbidden message.

Would appreciate any help in how to find places that do multiple weekday outings. Thanks for any feedback.

The Bangkok Wanderers (http://www.bkkbwgc.com) is a weekend society, plays on Sats and Sundays, IGST plays on a Wednesday morning, the only time they play weekends is one of their social outings, usually a 4 day event away.
