Lost Insurance Sticker Motorbike

Featured Replies

hello i lost the sticker on my motorbike for tax/ insurance

can i get a replacement for that ?

and how to get one

I wouldn't worry about it, you can get a new one when it's time to renew. If you are that concerned you can go to the local DLT office, they will tell what to do.

Had mine taken out of the car, made a police report 20 baht and took that and green book to DLT to show i had paid and they issued a new one.

You have to go to the DLT, where the vehicle is registered!

Sorry off topic but i've always found it difficult to attach the tax disc to the bike even with a plastic holder. There doesn't seem to be any obvious place (on my Nouvo) to screw it on, so i just keep it under the seat. I guess you are meant to display it but the BiB don't seem to mind when they stop me at check points.

sorry for comng back so late on the topic

indeed went to dlt (place wher you can also get you driving licence) and with the papers from the bike and the receipt that it was paid for for hat year we could get a new one easy 20 thb

for criss2004 indeed its also on my chinacopy wave "ryuka " a big trouble to find a place that is reasonably flat and can fit the sticker so now i suck it under a sheet of a4 transparant stickyplastic on the inside of the windguard or whatever that ting is called
